Nazara Technologies to raise Rs 900 crore in its biggest fundraise; acquires additional stake in Absolute Sports

Listed gaming and media firm Nazara Technologies on Wednesday said its board of directors has approved a preferential equity issue to raise Rs 900 crore from a group of investors including SBI Mutual Fund in its largest fundraise till date.

The firm plans to issue about 9.43 million shares at a price of Rs 954.27 each, the Mumbai-based company said in stock exchange filing.
