Manish Agarwal is the Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since June 1, 2015 and his employment with the Company shall continue until terminated in accordance with the terms of his employment agreement. He holds a bachelors degree in technology from the Regional Engineering College, Warangal and a post graduate diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has approximately 20 years of experience in various fields including the gaming space and marketing. He was associated with Reliance Games for more than four years, in the capacity of chief executive officer of Zapak Mobile Games Private Limited and chief operating officer of Zapak Digital Entertainment Limited. Prior to that he was associated with UTV Software Communications Limited for about two years in the capacity of chief executive officer. Further, He was also associated with Rediff.com India Limited, in the role of vice president- marketing and prior to rediff.com he has worked with Hindustan Lever Limited (currently, known as Hindustan Unilever Limited). His association with our Company has been instrumental in creating the business besides driving investments by the Company and recent M&A.
